Join us for up to 4 hours of after-school STEAM fun on Tuesdays, March 14-April 11, 2023 (NO CLASS APRIL 4) in the Fellowship Hall at Prince of Peace Church in Crofton! Kids can participate in one or more of the following classes:

• 3-3:50 pm – Minecraft Java Club – Kids will work on individual and group builds in Mincraft: Java Edition. Your child will need to bring their Minecraft account login information to participate. If your child is signed up for this class, they can come straight from school and start early!
• 4-4:50 pm – Coder Kids Club – Depending on reading ability, kids will learn how to code in either CodeSpark (coding fundamentals) or Code Kingdoms (Java and Lua). Kids who will use Code Kingdoms must bring a USB headset. We recommend this headset: https://amzn.to/3Ys7fD4
• 5-5:50 pm – Roblox Club – Let’s play Roblox! We will encourage kids to join private servers to play with the instructors for group games like Adopt Me, Natural Disaster Survival, and more. Your child will need to bring their Roblox account information to participate. If their account has parental controls, please be available to allow login during the first few minutes of class.

You must register in advance for each individual club. Your child’s ticket can only be used for the clubs and weeks registered. Unlike our previous clubs, some of these build on lessons each week, so we encourage your child to attend every session, and we do not offer make-ups.

If you are within walking distance from Prince of Peace Church and want your child to be allowed to walk or bike home without an adult, you must complete the release before the first class. The release is specific for each 4-week session and must be completed each time you register your child for a new session.
