Let’s learn to code! In this class for absolute beginners, kids will learn basic programming concepts to create animations and games in Scratch. We will cover topics such as algorithms, sequences, repetition, events, debugging, and conditions. Students with previous Scratch experience may also attend, and can either follow along with the beginners, or complete some independent challenges, to demonstrate their mastery of each topic.
This class is only for kids in grades 2-5 who attend Forest Ridge Elementary School.
